Background

The core business of Invest Track is the administration of investment portfolios for: Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), Individuals, Companies and Unit Trusts. Invest Track does not provide financial advice but works closely with financial advisers in the management of client portfolios.

Service Provided

Key features of the administration service include: collection of all investment correspondence with online access for you, (client or advisor). This provides multi-asset administration, daily valuation of portfolios, comprehensive performance and tax reporting and optimised CGT processing.
You (or your advisor) will provide instructions to Invest Track on establishing, administering and reporting of your investments on an ongoing basis. Invest Track will provide regular financial information and portfolio reporting to you (and/or your advisor). In some cases these services may be provided to you in accordance with your instructions, without the involvement of an advisor.

How do you pay?

The fee and payment method will be agreed upon and documented before providing you with any service. Our standard administration fees are provided in the fee schedule above and all fees are payable directly to Invest Track. A standard exit fee of $440 GST incl. applies to cover subscription and administration costs upon withdrawal. For SMSF portfolios with a bundled accounting package, the audit is undertaken by an independent auditor and charged separately.
